The workshop is designed primarily towards Muslim leaders of student organizations such as Muslim Student Associations (MSAs), whether at university or high school level. It can also be beneficial to all Muslim women and men contemplating to take a leadership role in a small to medium sized organization.
Often the roles of these organizations come with little to no training, let alone leadership skills. Siraj Institute recognizes the pressure and work it takes to lead a group of young Muslims and offers this workshop through mentorship and knowledge, covering the following topics:
Team Building: How to hire, delegate and perform conflict resolution
Operations: How to plan, train and optimize for programs and services
Programming: How to organize successful events
Marketing: How to enhance community and honor engagement
Good Governance: How to evaluate, sustain the organization and plan succession

Top graduates will be invited for an Umrah trip and in-person workshop in Makkah!
